Gigi's Cupcakes - Granbury

Ordered a cake on July 5th, for July 22nd. Paid at that time. July 19th I was contacted that the cake would not be made. Was told a refund would be issued to my card. July 23rd, no refund. Tried calling twice, only to get voicemail. Do not depend on the shop !! Will never return or recommend to ANYONE

Customer service is amazing! I called from Houston to have birthday cupcakes for my elderly mother delivered. They not only delivered them at the time they said they would, but she called me when she got there so I could let my mother know to start heading towards the door. My mother loved the mini cupcakes too!

The cupcakes were decent, definitely better than what you’d find at a grocery store. However, the frosting was quite overly sweet for my taste. Overall, I don't feel compelled to return.

We tried a selection of dishes and were thrilled with each one! They were all very moist, the flavors were outstanding, and the presentation was spot on.

This place is a gem! I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful owner today, and she was incredibly kind. The cupcakes were fantastic. The restaurant was spotless and had a delightful aroma. I highly recommend this spot to anyone in search of delicious sweet treats at a great price, along with exceptional customer service. If you're craving something sweet, this is the place to go. You won’t be let down!
