Wait staff is always wonderful and greet us when we walk in. The food is amazing. My daughter and I eat there a couple times a month. We usually have, depending on the day, either be stuffed bell peppers or the liver and onions. The stuffed bell peppers are just like my mom used to make! We love this place!

My wife and I have been eating here for thirteen years and it's our favorite place in Granbury to eat! Most of the waiting staff are the same people waiting for us in 2004. BY FAR Best Breakfast in Hood County. I will admit that Pam 's is less expensive, but you get more and much better food. The waiting staff is also the best in the city! Never had a bad experience at Fire House. If we have company, the question we get, are we in the firehouse? And I don't know how anyone could confuse Fire House green beans for canned beans.
