Jack In The Box - Granada Hills

The service was extremely slow, and they forgot several items in my order when I got home. I tried calling to address the issue, but nobody answered the phone despite ringing it 20 times. This was my third disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I won't be returning. I'm giving it one star, as that's the lowest rating possible.

Mini ?s rock! Loaded too with yum yums! Bump burger's are killer as well. Friendly atmosphere faster than most fast food joint's! 11D STARS

Worth driving out of your way for... they always give you 2 ranch sometimes even 3

Poor customer service. Pulled up to the drive thru at 3:15am, and there were 4 cars ahead of me 1 receiving their order, 2 waiting, and the last one was ordering at the speaker. I pulled up to the speaker and a female employee tells me I'm sorry, the car in front of you was my last order. I can't take any more orders because I'm backed up. Plus, we close in 15 minutes. If you're closed, then turn off your drive thru sign that reads you're open. Second, don't advertise that you're open until 3:30, if you're not going to honor that. Sad because two other cars behind me also got turned away.

Always missing something on my order! This is the third time and I had enough!!! So mad u paid for the food and didn't get it?
