Symposium is a lounge bar with outdoor space and also indoors. Excellent cocktails, as well as the supply of alcohol is vast, and also the rustic and the diner are excellent. Very recommended symposium aperitif
We were in Grammichele passing by, at 2:30 p.m. we were looking for some places to have a quick lunch... and they were all closed.... found this open bar we enter and had several rustics to offer... had already the kitchen closed so we could not order, but the rustic and the sandwiches to the plate were really good... the very kind owner!
