Subway - Grain Valley

The food is great as long as they have everything in stock.. Cudtomer service could use some work. They were nice enough. Just not very attentive or helpful. Hence the 3 stars. ????????

Called to order a pick up. The website says it closes at 9pm, says it was updated by the business 4 days ago.. It was only 8pm and they said they closed at 8pm. Not good.

Terribly service, workers are rude and we pulled up way way before they closed and as we walked up they purposely locked the doors on us and told us they were closed but they didn?t close for another 2-3 hours.

I just ordered a bunch of sandwiches for pick up through the app. My sandwich was absolutely drenched in red wine vinegar. The bread was just soggy with it. This is exactly how I wanted it, thank you so much! My other 4 sandwiches were also perfect andnot soggy.

Ordered online. Bread was not what I wanted and instead of calling and letting me know they just used what they had. Bread should already be done by the time doors open so customers can have what they want. When it was brought out to the vehiclenothing said about the order and they didn?t put any napkins in the sack either.
