If you have a trailer, this is a great place to park and eat.
I have the DQ Texas app. It gave me a coupon for a $1 Kids Meal with the purchase of a combo meal 1-6. I showed the coupon to the cashier, ordered a no. 1 combo meal $9) and a kids steak finger meal $6). Total : $15 and change. I told the cashier that was not correct. It should be about $11-$12. She argued with me. Said she took $1 off the kids meal. I told her that's not what the coupon says. You should take $4.99 off the kids meal. Please read the coupon. She refused. Said that is how her manager told her to ring up the coupons, and that's what she did. My dad went ahead and paid for our meal. But that just isn't right. It clearly stated a $1 kids meal not $1 off a kids meal. Yes, it's only $4. But that $4 is not the principle. It's clearly getting ripped off. It's employees who don't care and don't care to make it right. It's managers who aren't doing their job training people. It's got me wondering who gets the other $3.99 this store will get from corporate because they turned in a $4.99 coupon redemption.
At 10 pm, as my family sat and dined in the dining room, (we were almost finished, the employee rudely asked us to leave, while we were still eating, because it was 10 o’clock, and they close at 10. I’m fed up with all the fast food options in Graham. I don’t normally leave negative comments, but I’m seriously over teenagers running restaurants and being rude. Bad experience. I won’t be back, and I’m going to tell everyone I know about this poor service.
We stopped in to eat around 9:00 one night. It wasn’t busy. 2 groups waiting to get their food. It was clear the young girl taking our order was new. We paid and waited for our food. After 30 minutes or more another waitress asked who took the last order after she looked at the cash register. We were the last to order. I could tell something was wrong. None of them said anything to us but just went back to the kitchen. When I asked if our order had ever been turned in, the girl who asked about our order went off on me. She yelled “I’m trying to train 2 people and we’re doing the best we can” it was already so late and we were tired of waiting, I asked for my money back. My husband heard how she treated me and went to talk to her. She yelled at him too and told him we looked down on them because they worked in fast food. She made assumptions that were untrue. She threw the money down on the counter. My husband asked her if that was how she counted money to customers and she said yes if they disrespected her. Never an apology for our food not getting turned in. Horrible experience. Never going back.
