Burger King - Graham

Getting so tired of this burger king. We love the fish sandwiches but it's been a struggle to not get them so dried out you almost break a tooth. And when you call management they claim they will reimburse you but your name never gets put into the book. I have my receipts and everything and they have done this 4 or 5 times now And now they close before 8? I understand there is a shortage of people who actually want to work but for months?

I swing in here every once in a while after work which right now it?s 11:30 while writing this. Everytime I get food the food is cold like not even really warm. You guys are gonna make someone sick and rich and it?s not like I went anywhere before eating I pulled out of the drive thru parked and ate. It?s always like this never got food you guys need to get a clue or shut the doors for good it?s out of control. I?ve came here twice on the weekend with my family and same thing cold food. You know I?m gonna call corporate on you guys and see how that goes especially since you guys don?t respond to anything one here. Great job burger king.

Ordered three meals through the drive-thru.. two whoppers (with cheese and bacon) and the new Italian crispy chicken. It's a super slow drive through so be prepared to wait... to my surprise, everything i ordered, including fries, was ice cold... not even joking. I don't think they've prepped a fresh meal in a bit. Additionally, my whoppers were all missing lettuce so I went in store to inquire only to be told that there was a shortage and they didn't have any. Not a huge deal but it would've been nice to know when ordering so I didn't get a sandwich that featured lettuce. The only thing that went well was the manager refunding me all of my money and throwing the garbage they served me away. Even then, they stated my refund could take a week (or more). Overall, this Burger King needs a serious revamp or possibly a new owner who gives a dang about their customers. Save yourself the hassle and skip this BK.

I won't eat here again. I just stopped here while driving home on a Friday night. I ordered 2 sandwiches and asked for lettuce on both. Neither sandwich had lettuce on it when I got it. I know there's a shortage right now but the person who took my order didn't say anything so I thought they had lettuce. The really unforgivable part was that my food was cold. I decided to throw both sandwiches away for safety reasons. What a waste.

There's always a long wait here. This place seems like it takes longer than any other fast food place I've been. I have never been here without a car already ahead of me. So I'm not sure if it's not enough employees for the amount of customers or they are just slow. The food is average.
