Alicia gave excellent service to our family with a toddler at the counter and table. We're not from this area but would definitely be back if given the opportunity. Food was delicious. Usually we don’t have many issues with the Grafton Culver’s aside from the occasional forgetting of certain things from our order. However, we have lately been finding hair in our ice cream. Long black hair imbedded in the custard. Very, very, gross. The employees should be wearing their hair back and possibly in nets when handling food, especially something as sticky as custard/ ice cream. Food: 4
