The Woodhouse - Grabill

I had dinner at Woodhouse for the first time, and I have to say it was quite different from my usual experiences. The waitress, who looked to be around 16, was attentive and didn't miss a beat. We will definitely be returning soon to try the breakfast as well. I'll be sure to tell my friends about it! The menu was great, and the place was very clean!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The tweezers were greasy, the food was overcooked, and there was more bread than fish in the fish sandwich. The bread, which is usually served at the table, was hard as well. I tried to call multiple times to place an order but the voicemail was always full. Despite not being busy when my friend ordered, our order was still incorrect; we thought we had ordered two servings of potato salad but received only one. While my friend was waiting for his meal, he ordered a drink and a piece of cake. He had to wait forever for his drink and received a very small portion of cake, even though the pieces of cake we saw at other tables were much larger—and the cake was dry. For $62.00, we definitely should have chosen a different place, and we will from now on! This restaurant used to be good, but it has really gone downhill.

A hidden gem! Amish cuisine at its best, showcasing home cooking like you’ve never experienced before. The atmosphere is relaxing, the service is excellent, and the dining experience is outstanding. This will definitely be one of our go-to places!

We were immediately greeted and sitting in a stand near the toilets. there were a few more in the restaurant. the server was a teenager, as all the workers saved the chefs. she took our job and gave it to the babe. then the teenage giggling started most of us, the same side. my man ordered an salate. she brought it, then gigglinger. after all, the food comes on. mine is good, its is cold, bad tasting, much too much sauce on the ribs. he wanted to be more vain, but could not ask for more, he wanted to tell her the problems with his eating. she gave it to eat and never came back. had to ask another server for our check. he left a $5.00 tipp, I told him it was too much. the server must be trained to be courteous, do not learn to say to everyone asking, give them the specialties when they get to the tables, check their tables. Don't think we're back.

Very good! Steak was a little dry for med rare, but very tasty still! Everything else was great!
