Gio' House Birreria - Gozzolina

Brewery just opened. We went during the week to dinner and we were the only customers, we returned the weekend and had to wait for a table. Wide choice of beer, but not only. Great food, but too much wait about 20 min for a club sandwich and a burger at 22.00 we dined). Little personal for the turnout on the weekend, very addictive owner, perhaps a little too much, to some could bother. Small criticism: burgers do not have chips included in the dish only burger about 8€ without chips, I think excessive). An average of € 15/20 medium beer burger)

Beer and hamburgers good aperitif offered with cold dinner, new but good waitress, sin for environment not cared for weed coming out from the floor plates sticky and unstable tables.

Very slow, only to eat we would have waited at least 1 hour. They got a plate out at a time. When the plate came to one, before the next one came it was time to finish it: practically we ate escaping and alone. I ordered the bruschetta boscaiola and the bread was delicious, not crisp. To drink I ordered a can of lemonsoda and came without a glass (I don't say ice and lemon... with straws that were too short and they totally entered the can without therefore being able to drink. I was with friends and when we noticed that a dish (panino had not come out they started to argue and unclean, without feeling reasons. Beautiful location, but service and kitchen bad. Not to mention that we were in many and do not make separate accounts. Bad experience, I won't be back

I can't give a positive evaluation: they took the orders first to a table near ours, you can't wait more than 1 hour to start eating and then serve a dish every 10/15 minutes we were in 12 people and even, certain even cold burger sandwiches... . Nice place where a total disorganization reigns.

[Revision 1.3 – COMMENTS :10 06 2023 Serata Giò House 07 06 2023 – Feedback NEGATIVO I will be explicit by pointing out the service, including the evening environment of Wednesday 07 06 2023 1) I ate a standard burger and drink low quality beer accompanied by poor food. I do not discuss the price because for me the money has never been a problem or that evening or now. 2) rude owner who raises the voice using unlikely epithets if you don't do what he says without anticipating the service and payment mode. We ate in two and we found a receipt of 5 unknowing consumes of those who had eaten near us with the claim that we had to weld everything (we ordered separately even if other people had sat at the same table and politely we did not hunt them but we conversated pleasantly). Here we denote the organizational lack of the place which can then take little delicate folds. 3) Environment: according to my experience I discourage the Giò House to spend a quiet and peaceful evening in order to suffer rude behavior reserved by the owner. 4) The waiters are the good part of the room, educated and kind and these should be more valued. Specifically, I wasn’t drunk, I don’t bewilder the staff working in the premises but I respect it, I don’t get up and I raised my voice with anyone on the contrary I was there to dance, have fun and the present saw the incident. I don't know what the owner's going to turn up again to change this feedback, but that's what I think of Giò House. I don't write the explicit words that I have suffered to avoid being drafted by Google support that rightly made me realize that some behaviors should not be judged in a feedback I have more appropriate locations if necessary.
