Kawa Cafe - Governors Bay

Spent a perfect morning outside in the sunshine enjoying the ambience of the countryside whilst being minutes from town. The menu is varied and well presented. Service was a little slow but it didn't matter for a lazy Sunday morning. Dog friendly too.

Small cosy, welcoming, delicious counter food menu. Prompt friendly service. Good coffee. Clean bathrooms. A rainy day, but in better weather, can sit outside.

Hot damn! Fantastic food, great service. If you're ever out in Halswell Kawa Cafe is well worth stopping in to.

Best french toast in town. Great taste and beautiful rural view. Lots of parking place.

Have you ever been somewhere so nice you don't want to tell everyone about it!!!?? This is one of those sanctuaries. Gorgeous private corners in the garden, quiet peaceful inside. Location is insanely close on the edge of town, but you feel you are in one of the cafes right out in the country. Coffee is excellent! Food is lovely. Staff are wonderful.
