The concept of afterwork and a summervibe is promoted with an hour where the Bau Buns are only 10 sek each and between 16:00 -19:00 there are afterwork drinks options. However as a user of the fork i booked a table to go an explore the afterwork option with my partner having seen it advertised on facebook. The restaurant claims to open at 16:00 on a friday and we booked for 16:15 upon arrival it wasn't open until 16:15 and their was a bit of a delay in getting us and another party of 2 seated, who had also booked. When looking to order drinks we had seen an advert on the tv svreen for the afterwork beer and the bau buns but nothing else. We had to ask for what the options were for afterwork and there are two options on the Bau buns and they are smaller than normal which was fine, although they were more a lot more bun than filling but tasty. Luckily we were going as my partner had not tried the Bau buns before and i have previously so i thought we would go and explore. When i asked to order in addition to the Bau buns, just some wontons and edamme beans we were told that we had to wait untill the Bau bun service had finished for anything else. So we ordered the Bau buns 7 in total and the other table order no more than 15 with no one else in the restaurant we waited over 15 mins for the Bau buns. As i said they were nice when they arrived and tasy but overly bun propotioned. The service as it was the first time i visited rather poor and one where you as a customer are more focussed on getting the attention of the staff and trying to ascertain information or service it detracts from the whole reason of wanting to go out and explore new experiences. Luckily as my partner was not too keen on the buns we decided to leave. A bit disapointing but i like the concept and the quality was not that bad that with some care and attention it can't very easily be improved. I think thats genuinely the impression you get its all a bit laid back and casual but as a customer the staff should appear that way but the purpose of their roles and a good level of service still needs to be maintained.

Poor service and slow, even though the atmosphere is quite good. Food was just ok, some dishes were with too much oil, a bit pricy overall with quality and quantity of food and with this kind of service you got. The staffs did not even look at customers' eyes, difficult to get their attention (comparing to other restaurants we went).
