Kam Too - Gosport

Beautiful eating, best curry by far, friendly service only a cannon, no delivery service available.

It's been years since I used this take out when living in Gosport Moved back and thought yes it's still here it's going to be great How wrong was I. Very disappointing. The chow mein had no sauce and was very bland no flavour at...all. One mouthful was enough. Even tried giving the fog the chicken but he wasn't having any of it. The chicken and sweetcorn soup was sweet as in sugar sweet so didn't have that either My OH had Kam too special curry and fried rice. The rice wasn't fried it was gloopy and stuck together and the curry was just like packet curry sauce added to pieces of meat!! I ended up just eating the chips although were over salty it was better than the rest of the meal Will never use Kam Too ever again. Think it will be a long while before I even want to try a Chinese take out again!!

This was always the absolute best Chinese takeaway in Gosport for years and years. But when the management changed, the quality was greatly reduced. However, I thought I would give it another try and was pleased to find that the standard is now much better....King prawn curry and chicken curry were both nice and spicy. The mini spring rolls were a bit overdone but still perfectly edible. Staff very friendly.

I've just finished a very ordinary specialty fried rice. Not as good as it used to be that this take away. Lots of meat, mushrooms but very small shrimp and the sauce looks decent but doesn't add anything to the dish. Feel a bit down, accustomed to take away these Chinese as a young man. Won't be back I'm afraid. There are better ones.

After months of not using this take away as it went down hill, had a lovely meal from there last night, crispy duck cooked just right, curry was spot on. Will definitely be using as our regular take away from now on .
