Penguin Point #07- Goshen - Goshen

5-14-22 , 6:30 pm . Ordered a chicken dinner and 1 cheese burger . Ordered cheese burger loaded with everything , and excessive heavy onion . Got home , and cheese burger had only meat and bun ! Come on , what's happening ? How can the simplest tasks be so impossible to handle ? The future is in so much trouble folks !!!!!!

Could not use the drive thru because I'm in a school bus. So I go in and the floors are filthy. Ordered #1 tenderloin to go. Went out got in my bus drove back to goshen high school. Opened my bag and had some kind of cheese burger. Drive back to the place and get the right sandwich. Very disappointed. I normally like the tenderloin. The cheese was half on the sandwich, and hardly any sauce on it. Sorry to see the quality so bad at one of my favorite restaurants.

Love Penguin Point! Their chicken is breaded the perfect amount. It's full of flavor. Their BBQ pulled pork wasn't greasy. The burgers had fresh ingredients. Everything came out of the window hot. The fries are perfectly salted. They have very large drink sizes.

Ordered chicken meals to go. The underside of chicken was still white batter. Potatoes were nasty as well.

We came in for lunch at 12 noon , , they were backed up in the dining room for presses and the drive through as we pretty much all showed up at once , they had a total of 3 people working one of em was their 1st day , we got ordered and our food way faster than we do at other restaurants fully staffed, hats off to these people , great job today
