Joannas Family - Goshen

This is a fantastic restaurant! I've only visited once, but I definitely plan to return, hopefully sooner rather than later. I would recommend it to anyone who is hungry and searching for a delicious meal at a reasonable price.

The food is outstanding! The portion sizes are generous and the prices are quite reasonable. Everything was incredibly delicious! Our waitress was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and she was also bilingual for those who speak Spanish. We will definitely be coming back, possibly for a dinner next time!

The food was decent, but I was extremely disappointed to discover that our waitress attempted to steal money from my mom. She took me out for my birthday, and we used a $50 prepaid credit card. However, it kept showing insufficient funds for a charge of $44 and some change. We ended up paying with a different card so we could leave and called the card company as soon as we got home. It turned out the waitress had tried to add a 20% tip without asking us, unaware that we might have already left a tip. When I called to inquire about this, they denied any wrongdoing. I recommend checking your credit or debit card after you pay to ensure this doesn’t happen to you. Overall, I was very disappointed, as this incident really ruined my birthday dinner.

The experience was about average. It was a nice restaurant with decent food at a reasonable price. Ordering was a bit challenging since we didn't speak Spanish, but we managed to get by. I would consider returning.

The fish dinner was incredible! I was amazed at the size of each fish fillet—it was as long as the dinner plate and had the perfect crispiness. The fries were wonderfully crispy as well. If you love fish, I definitely recommend trying this dish!
