We had an absolutely delicious meal in Sullivans in Gort this evening. Hospitality was excellent and food was delicious. We had steaks which were truly amazing. Mairead was so welcoming. Stopped in for lunch, wife had the vegetarian lasagna, I had the pasta carbonara with chicken and an Irish coffee. Everything was delicious and quite a large serving so bring your appetite!! Sullivan's Royal Hotel Restaurant is a fantastic dining option in the Burren. We dined there several times during our visit and loved the warm fireplace, cozy seating, excellent menu, and amazing steaks. The service was outstanding as well; the manager and staff were very friendly, enjoyable to talk to, and both helpful and efficient. Overall, I would rate the service a 5 out of 5.
