Restaurant Kobe - Gorgier

We just had the most amazing dinner experience at Kobe's. The food was absolutely delicious, the fish fresh, the soup and salad full of flavour, the tempura crispy and light, and don't get me started on the teryaki chicken!!! And in addition the service was...world class!!!! Attentive and very friendly throughout the evening, it reached an entirely other level at the end when the owner, after I asked her if she knew where I could find ponzu sauce (for a dish I want to try at home), told me the closest place was in Lausanne, but brought me a bottle of yuzu juice so I could make my own sauce... it is little gestures like this that make you want the whole world to know about a restaurant!!!! Pure loveliness

We take away sushi from time to time and the quality is always there! The fish is quality, the sushi is carefully made and is truly beautiful and excellent. To recommend without any reservation :

Nachdem ich aufgrund meiner Arbeit oft gereist bin, hatte ich noch nie Sushi von diesem Niveau außerhalb der High-End-Restaurants in Tokyo probiert. Echte japanische Meister stellen präzise göttliche Sushi her. Ich werde oft mit meinen Kindern dorthin zurückkehren, um eine außergewöhnliche kulinarische Erfahrung zu machen.
