Oven Fresh Bakery - Gore

A lovely, little bakery with a huge array of pastry and pie options. Our cheese roll was made hot and we loved the onion bits in it. You can also buy chilled Kiwi beverages! Staff were speedy and accomodating. I can wholeheartedly recommend Oven Fresh Bakery to anyone travelling through Gore.

Enjoyed a steak, bacon mushroom and a peppered steak pie today. Absolutely delicious pastry and filling. Shall definately return to sample others!

Best pie ever had. Bought it by mistake which turned out as a win. Better than Fairlie and others promoted as the best. It was the pastry (along with the filling) the pie wasn’t all pastry. Brilliant filling as well. We need them in the Nth Island.

Wonderful costomer service from all the staff. Excellent coffee with no extra cost for the alternative milk. Beautiful selection of pies. The vegetarian quiche was excellent. I can't wait to taste your future vegan pies! Highly recommend!

Stopped today for a pie, 1 Mexican pork, thought we'd try their coffee pleasantly surprised the coffee wasn't bad, not the best, but certainly very drinkable. Pies were excellent, as they have been on previous visits. Shortbread has our Grandsons seal of approval. Definitely well worth the stop.
