Wow! One of the best (if not best) burgers I've ever had! I had the chomper burger. It was huge, great value for money. Barely managed to finish it and I'm still full around 4 hours later

A must visit place for sure. Delicious burgers, portions were very generous and great value for money. Lovely staff and a cosy atmosphere. I got the OMG burger, would only recommend if you haven’t eaten for a month or have a small village to feed.

Came all the way from Manapouri, (Possom Lodge) since it claimed that Mr. Chippy has the BEST BURGERS in New Zealand. I was not disappointed! Amazing burgers and excellent service. Very friendly owners! Highly recommend if you get a chance to visit Gore! I got the Mr. Chippy Chomper! Delicious!!!!

Best Burgers in NZ made with love and super yummy! We drove 1h to get there and we were not disappointed, worth to go and take some extra miles on your roadtrip. Also loved the milkshake there! Lovely family business that runs this iconic place
