Bidrage med feedbackThe service at the a/c hall was good.Sumptuous unlimited lunch was fairly priced.A lunch and a coffee was priced at 161 Rs.Hope they had better toilet facilities. A number small shops and ATM around gives the place a shopping complex look.
Sarvanna Bhavan restaurant is located on the Salem to Coimbatore highway. When I searched for a decent restaurant after Salem outer, found this one came first, which is at twenty minutes drive from Salem, located on the left side. The restaurant has a huge car parking space and found a kids park while entering the restaurant. As there were many staff for service, my order of meals came quickly. The meal and its combinations of other items made to feel its indeed a very healthy vegetarian meal. Its an A/C restaurant with very good ambience. Yet the price is so cheap. The service is of top class. The restaurant also sells sweets and snacks. Truly a high class vegeterian restaurant. Nearby some shopping stall are there to buy books, gifting articles, cotton fabrics, antic items, etc. Can have a one hour break if you are on a long trip.
I love this place. The best place for south indian food. Everything here is so tasty. The idlis are so soft . I can drink bowls of sambhar. One must definetely have the saapad here. I love the chilli parota as well. The service is so quick. It is very clean. The kitchen is very clean. The food is also healthy. This place is pocket friendly too. BEST SOUTH INDIAN FOOD.
I had been to Hotel Sree Saravana Bhavan multiple times in the past mainly for Break Fast and Lunch during my travels from Bangalore. This review pertains to the visit I made last week for Break Fast during my journey from Bangalore. Strengths: 1. Nice, clean and spacious restaurant 2. Courteous and friendly staff 3. Clean wash rooms and toilets 4. Conveniently located on the Salem Coimbatore highway 5. Ample car parking Areas of Improvement: 1. Provision for more wash room/toilets 2. Better management of visitors during rush hours
This restaurant is one of the top places in town to enjoy delicious South Indian food at an affordable price. I always choose this restaurant when I'm in the mood for South Indian cuisine because the food is light, satisfying, and has an authentic taste. During my last visit, I tried the 14 mini idlis in clarified butter and the Rawa Masala Dosa, and they were outstanding. The only downside is the waiting line, but it's definitely worth a visit if you're craving some mouthwatering South Indian food. I would rate it 4/5.
