Barbie Queen Restaurant - Gorad Salem

The food at the restaurant was flavorful and satisfying, with generous portion sizes. However, the service left much to be desired. Our ordered dishes were not delivered promptly, and the staff were slow to respond to our requests.

Nice tasty food... but home delivery they changed my packets... as sunday busy schedule for them... rest nice food..

The quality of service varies depending on which branch you visit. Personally, I prefer the branches located at 5 Roads and near Sona College on Junction Road. My favorite dishes are Tandoori Chicken and Pepper Grill Chicken Shawarma (available in the evening only). The Biriyani is average in taste. However, I find that there is an excessive amount of food coloring used in the dishes, which is not good for health. Whenever I dine at Barbie Queen Restaurant, my fingers end up turning orange due to the coloring in the food. It is better to avoid this restaurant.

They first introduced the spicy chicken grill, followed by other items like shawarma and barbecue in recent years. While the dry foods are good, the side dishes could use improvement in both quality and presentation.

We went for dinner and ordered few dishes as per we required. i ordered for Chicken chettinad was pathetic, gravy was sweet instead of spicy, and there was only 3 small piece of chicken where they have to serve with 4 or 5 pieces in the weight of 150 grams. they charged Rs.140 they charged which is equal to a 3 star hotels, would like to appreciate the person who prepared barbecue chicken, it was delicious.
