Bidrage med feedbackI visited this restaurant today and noticed that my card was used. As soon as I realized it, I turned around; I hadn’t even left the parking lot yet. I informed the staff that I didn’t get my card back, but a woman told me that she didn’t have it. I emptied my purse and searched my entire car. Eventually, I had to cancel my bank card, and they confirmed that the last transaction was at their location. Please be cautious when using cards here. I checked my purse again when I got home, and since this was the only place I went today, I’m certain they have my card.
I had a fantastic experience! I visited the restaurant the other day around 4 PM, and the young man taking orders was calm and polite. He quickly got my order ready as soon as he had a moment, despite handling numerous orders from the long line behind me. It did take a little while, but that was totally understandable since both the inside and the drive-thru were busy.
I frequently visit Wendy's (mainly to pick up orders for others), and I've noticed that this particular location often gets orders wrong. I've even created a spreadsheet to keep track of the mistakes, and out of 100 orders, 42 were incorrect. The food itself is fine, but I recommend double-checking your order before leaving.
We do come here once a month usually. The complaint I've got is the parking lot is always 25% littered with paper, cups, straws. The inside the floors are about 15% dirty, dark smudges and corners are very dark. The kitchen appears to be well stocked and cleaner then the dining area. The person that served us seemed a bit tired looking. Just trying to give helpful review on the three needed improvements. This location is right off the freeway and it is pretty busy but we didn't have to wait very long to place our order.
Asked for a meal with no drink, the cashier said fine, then they charged me $1 for a small drink. I didn't notice until I had already paid, and I was working so I had to go. If I had wanted them to refund me the dollar it would have taken so long the food would have been cold. The cashier clearly understood that he had mischarged me $1, but did not offer me the opportunity for a refund of the $1. He finished the transaction and walked away. The amount of $1 is not that big of a deal, but the principal of not caring about the customer is such that I will not return to this Wendy's location again.
