Gloria Jean's Coffees Crossroads Mall

I've been buying great coffee here for years, and occasionally pick up a bag of ground coffee or a coffee-themed gift item. The baristas are always great, too.

Super tasty! I had the cookies and cream blended coffee and my lady had the white chocolate caramel iced. Good price, great size, and OMG tasty. The young lady was very nice and helpful. Every time we are in the area, we will be returning.

I haven't been in a long time due to Covid but it was a great as ever and I especially loved that the cashier was nice and patient. She did not roll her eyes or jump over the counter when I changed my order three times (couldn't decide what to get hubby !! She also was very helpful when I asked about a certain flavor and shared her knowledge. (I hate that I can't remember her name but she was pretty tall...

I love Gloria Jean?s so much and finally decided to make the 30 minute drive out here only to find the store closed. No sign, no hours posted despite online saying they are open until 6pm today. Update your hours!!! Very disappointed :

Why Gloria Jean's isn't on every corner like a Starbucks, I don't know, because they are AMAZING. Consistently updated menu with new drinks popping up all the time, and very friendly staff. I can't help but get a coffee any time I visit the area.
