Mcdonald's - Gonzales

I had placed an order through the app. What I thought was a caramel frappe that I was ordering was actually caramel mocha iced. I hate iced coffee, but for some reason, I love the frappe that’s my prerogative. LOL anyway, the woman at the window was so awesome and made me a caramel frappe instead of giving me the caramel mocha iced. This is a breakfast rush time right now. I’m here at 9:30 in the morning for them to stop doing what they were doing and make me a caramel frappe was huge. I’m familiar with food service. Thank you so much. Just made my day! Maybe next time someone drives up to make an order, you should actually respond and take their order! Not make them sit there for like 10 minutes. We drove up to the window to talk someone after waiting so long, and still no one answered. I'll go to canes instead because they actually take orders ?

Gotta crispy deluxe chicken meal and the chicken was smaller than the bread. So much mayo and 4 Roma tomatoes. The rest of the service was A-1 hot fresh everything else

Great service when it’s a white person. When it’s a black, I’m missing whole burger, there’s a piece ripped out of a patty, there’s a total of 1 pickle even though all 4 burgers are listed on the receipt having extra pickles, the drive thru guy said they’re don’t have shakes, the (white) guy inside says they do have shakes, after I leave I call them and ask if they knew the drive thru guy was saying they didn’t have shakes, the (black) man on the phone says they know and they were just fixing it. They put cheese on a burger listed on the receipt as having no cheese. You might be thinking that this is a list of every bad thing that’s ever happened to me at McDonald’s throughout the years, but no, this has all happened to me in 1 trip. Most of these things have happened many other times independently. Would be 5 stars if they fired all the black people. Food itself is really good when white people are working.

Drive thru order. Fries were fresh and great. Asked for no catchup on Qtr Pounder and to add mayo, not done. Asked for sauce with nuggets, not put in bag. And no napkins put in bag. Why, why, why can't staff do their job??1 burger, a 6pc nugget, a hot and spicy, and 2 fries was $19.51, and the order is wrong. It's sad.
