Mcdonald's - Gonzales

Everything was surprisingly fresh, especially the cookies, and they also had a delicious caramel frappuccino. I have no complaints. The window rings were fantastic as well.

The fries were cooked to perfection, the burger was absolutely delicious, and the drink was just right. I had a wonderful experience with no issues whatsoever.

Usually, my experiences at this restaurant are quite good, but this time it was different. I ordered a small hot chocolate and a fish sandwich. The server brought me a medium hot chocolate instead, and when I pointed out the mistake, she just smiled, shrugged, and walked away. A few minutes later, the manager, Frank, came to check on the medium hot chocolate and realized that the server had given it to me. He said, in a loud voice, that it wasn’t mine, and repeated it several times. I explained to him that I had told the server about the mix-up, but he made me feel really bad about it. This was at the location in Lockhart.

James Solis Garcia is the reason why I gave them 5 stars that he had a great attitude and was very friendly It made my day after my visit when he took my order!!!
