I, like you, was looking for a place to eat. Drove of Johnny's Cajun Cafe and was curious. Watch it online and read the reviews. I wanted to try. I was blown away. The food was excellent and our waitress was absolutely one of the most beautiful and attentive I ever had. Don't let this opportunity pass.

Chicken eaten on a road trip. Tell her big sign before the advertisement, I try roasted chicken. I passed and behold. No fried chicken. I ordered extra crispy on Welsfilet. It was $7. It took 15 minutes to get my order, thought that was a little long to wait, but at least they cooked it freshly. The order was huge! Cooked crispy as I asked. Too bad. Not much meat in relation to the thick crust. Flavor was good. Nice service with a smile.

We've been thinking about staying here for a while. We give it on our way to visit friends in Cuero. We finally stopped today. Not disappointed. The buffet was wonderful. All Cajun. Chicken fried steak was excellent. Huge portions and cheap. It's worth a visit. Music on Sat. Night (8-10) to!

What a hidden gem. Who would have thought to get such great food next to a fuel station? It's not what you would think at all. My father and I order off the menu, my mother got the buffet. We walked out all very happy. Our server was very attentive and we got to meet the owners. I am pretty sure we could have talked to these nice people all night long sharing stories. Great family business and they have the quality to back it up. You gotta try this place!!!!
