Burger King - Gonzales

Slow drive thru service. and how can your drink machine never work.

DIRTY!! Spend less time on the phone and clean that kitchen. I literally seen an employee peel a receipt that was stuck to his shoe off and continue to serve. nuggets.

The burger meat was slightly under warm. Maybe because of the condiments. The onion rings and fries were stale. The burgers were prepared properly. The drink station was dirty and the ketchup dispenser didn't work

BAD SERVICE! COLD FOOD! When I brought it to their attention, they grabbed my burger stuck it in the MICROWAVE!!! My wife I are hard workers don't normally spend alot on ourselves but every once in a while we eat out while working on the road. It sucks we spent our hard earned money here.

For some reason, once we made it to the window the staff seemed to be bothered by everything we requested or asked. My simple burger was made very messy even though there was no line while we were there. Customer service could really use some help at this particular location.
