Burger King - Gonzales

I absolutely love the Burger King located on Hwy 30! They consistently get my order right and the food is always hot and delicious. I highly recommend this Burger King!

Oh my God, this is the best restaurant experience I have ever had, hands down. The staff were incredibly polite and happy to take my order that I placed through the app. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Keep up the amazing job!

There is a new morning manager at this restaurant during the week. I don't know his name, but he has a country accent. Burger King is fortunate to have him. This young man showed excellent customer service during my last two visits.

Nicest employees I've ever met at a Burger King, food was a little overcooked though.

I ordered a combo with onion rings, but they gave me fries instead. When I mentioned this to the server, who claimed his name was Less, he insisted that they were actually onion rings. I told him I had ordered onion rings, but he refused to apologize for the mistake and was rather rude. To make matters worse, they also forgot my diet drinks the last time I dined there. Poor customer service and errors in my order have led me to decide not to return to this restaurant in the future.
