Steers - Gonubie

Ok...so I don't often get take-aways but today on my way home at lunch time I decided to get a Mega Ribster Burger and a small chips at Steers here in Gonubie. Kudus to the chef...that was one of the best tasting burgers I have had in a long time. Great value for money!!

The staff members are friendly, I like the chips and the meat. It was a little busy when I visited the shop and I didn't wait for long before getting my order. Their service is 100% Prices not bad. You always get parking when you come here.

Friendly staff, I don't even have to say anything at the till when we have ordered online... And they give me the right order all the time. Brilliant. They get 4 stars because I do not like junk food. I am going there right now and I might give them 5 stars if I get the usual excellent service.

I want to give a big shoutout to Nxolo for her incredible patience with the older generation. I had an Absa voucher that I tried to use for an online order, not realizing it was only valid in-store. The manager and some other staff seemed quite annoyed with my misunderstanding. Thankfully, Nxolo stepped in with kindness and asked to see the voucher. She was able to apply it successfully. What a delightful and polite young lady! Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the manager and one of the other female staff members. Thank you, Nxolo! We all grow old at some point, and I hope that one day, you will receive the same friendly and patient service that you provided me today.

The Mjojo Burger I had was the best I've ever tasted! The staff provided excellent service as well.
