King Fast Food - Gomel

Food is good. But it take nearly 1 hour to serve food. But they serve all the take aways first.

Once upon a time I was in love with it .. but now not so good .

This is d one of d worst restaurant which gives your order late for 1 nd half hour

A terrible experience. Not only was the food terrible but the service was terrible and it only shows the owner or manager doesn't have any concept of customer service or looking to improve anything. His replies to previous comments is that he will change it. Nothing has changed because the staff have the attitude of a wall and the waiting time is 30mins at minimum. I don't understand how a shawarma for a walk in customer would take 30mins. Foods nothing special and I got piece of plastic in my food last time which the lady changed for another sandwich, miraculously the compensation sandwich took 2 mins. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because the same flavour you can get at any of the other shawarma place. Terrible service and the owner should figure out delivery has it's own place and maybe hire someone to prepare that and hire someone to prepare dine in. People who come here either don't understand the concept of value of time, this isn't a fine dining restaurant for the wait, it's a shack next to the garbage bin. They have alot of deliveries because people can't be bothered to wait at their place and rather do it in the comfort of their home. Terrible.
