Long John Silver's - Goldsboro

Visiting area and ordered at drive thru. Waited for meal to be 'prepared fresh ' for about 10 minutes after paying. Once back at hotel realized my meal was missing the fish! Called and spoke with manager James and was pleasantly surprised that he immediately indicated he wanted to refund me for my entire order! Came by next day to see if they would in fact honor this and again was surprised the manager on duty not only gave me a refund but offered to give me another meal for free! Thank you Mr. James and staff for unusual and great customer service!

Spoke with the manager about how fresh, hot and good the food was. She spoke with us about how long fish (LJS) stayed hot compared to chicken (KFC). Chicken holds heat longer than seafood. Therefore, it was decided that seafood would be cooked when ordered, promoting a better product. What a great change! The staff is always so friendly. Great customer service is so appreciated. We will go often.

We arrived 15 min before they were closing and Covia Williams was very patient and pleasant in taking our order and even making sure our food was all cooked fresh. Usually they only give you what's all ready cooked especially so close to closing se we really appreciated her making our experience very satisfying.

They did great! Definitely improved since last visit. Staff were friendly and my food was prepared perfectly. I’ll be back again!!
