Bojangles - Goldsboro

I placed the order for tailgate that home with my order open up the chicken there was 7 wings and one breast they were dried out, and seasoned fries were cold, I took them back to Bojangles, The cashier says I'll replace your order she did not tell me I would have to wait 30 minutes For the order I will find another Bojangles to go to in the future and hope I have better service

Pretty much the same as any Bojangles out there. Decent service, decent chicken, good price. If you've come this far South without having been to one just stick with the cajun filet biscuit and don't get the fries if you don't like salty food.

I try to give this place a chance but every time it’s a disappointment.

Good customer service, but something about Bojangles chicken has changed. From Charlotte to Goldsboro the chicken always taste spoiled as if it’s not fresh the rice is always like mush I wouldn’t recommend getting rice after 10am. The food is not the same anymore the chicken always has a purplish tint to it like it’s old.
