Seasoned Swine - Golden

Had an order of brisket with a blueberry habanero hot sauce and baked beans delivered. I am now regretting getting a half a pound. I should’ve gotten a full pound. The brisket is amazing! I’ve never tried this place before. But I will definitely be a repeat customer, looking forward to trying other items on the menu as well. But the brisket. and habanero blueberry hot sauce is a steeple. The beans were good, but I wish they had pieces of burnt ends in them or some type of bacon.

Absolutely the best bbq we’ve had in a long time! Got the Swinesaurus! We have dinner for tomorrow too! The staff was amazing too! Loved it all!!Kid-friendliness: Our 4 year old granddaughter loved the GMac!!

They had beef ribs today, better than much of the brisket around the area. Pork was also great, and although Carolina sauce is usually my lowest preference, their's has just the right balance of mustard and vinegar to sweetness for their pork.

Well I can 't comment on the food because they wouldn 't give me any! I 've never been there before but have always want to. Tonight I walk in after a literal 26 hour shift (I 'm a small construction business owner and the job had to be done) and see all the chairs up on the tables and the waitress cleaning the coke machine. I said damn yall are closed? She said yep at 8 pm, I look at my phone and it 's 8:03, there are still customers in the dining room. I begged her for some food whatever you have cooked already, throw it in a bag and I 'll give ya cash , keep the change. Nope not even a freakin rib bone. I miss living in the South, where customer service was just that a service, they take care of each other. When an exhausted, dirty, fat dude walks into a BBQ joint he 's gonna get fed.

I am very picky about bbq and often joke that the BBQ in Colorado is mediocre at best. I grew up all over the south. I will tell you that these are some of the best ribs I have ever had. We ordered the pulled pork, the brisket, and the ribs. Everything was great, but those ribs are out of this world. Absolutely fantastic can't wait to go back! Thanks for bringing truly good bbq close to home!!
