They were an incredible addition to our wedding and everyone loved the pizza and appetizers so many comments during and after about how excellent it was. They exceeded our expectations on every aspect of the process. Highly recommended!

Just the best wood fired pizza around! A great whole wheat crust thin, with nice toppings. Our favorite for years has been their Thai chile chicken pizza. Unfortunately, this year they've moved to more catering and therefore have limited food truck dates. Check their website for future scheduled dates.

The pizzas were excellent! They were pretty busy we were there on a Thursday afternoon. The wait was worth it. I had one of their vegan.

We could not be happier with our experience with Basic Kneads at our wedding! First and foremost, the pizza was INCREDIBLE! My now husband and I knew we loved them before the wedding, but our guests were so happy- we heard so many compliments about how much everyone loved the food. The apps were also delicious. Beyond that, the husband and wife team who run Basic Kneads were so kind, professional, and communicative throughout! I could not recommend them enough to anyone who needs wedding catering!

Joel Christen are truly an amazing duo! For the last year, they have been by our side as we set out to have them cater our wedding, and have been nothing but kind, flexible, and passionate about their business! Prices are incredibly reasonable and the food is a hit!!! Had so many compliments from our guests. There was even a moment during our wedding where we were behind schedule, and Christen was so amazing in lovingly and calmly reassuring us and getting us back on track. Plus, they have the cutest two dogs that are always a crowd favorite. : Could not recommend highly enough!!! We will forever be grateful for them.
