Carl's Jr. - Gold River

I ordered the breakfast burger combo while I waited for my car at the auto repair shop. The restaurant was lovely and the staff were friendly, making it a pleasant place to spend over an hour on my phone while I waited. Great customer service!

This restaurant consistently finds excuses for not taking my order, or they just don’t respond at the drive-thru window. I’ve had far more experiences where I couldn’t order food than when I actually could.

I absolutely love Carl's Jr.! There's a really friendly young man named Alex M. who runs the drive-thru in the evenings. He’s such a nice guy, always smiling and genuinely welcoming. If you’re out cruising the streets in the evenings, I highly recommend stopping by this location on Sunrise Blvd. in Coloma.

Fast service and order was prepared exactly they way we ordered it. Folks from Minnesota had never tried it before and absolutely Loved it. I like the fact they let you use more than one coupon on your order. Makes it affordable to enjoy

I'm very disappointed by a customer service. I came on driver through around 11:30pm on Sept 16 to pick up my delivery. I asked the person to help me to get a sauce for my order and I gave a 1 dollar bill to get 1 ranch and 1 honey mustard, but the persondenied to sell it. When I asked why you cannot sell me, the person said Sorry, I cannot. I'm asking the management to learnmore about this incident as I vitiated this place on Sept 15 and was able to purchase what I wanted. Thank you
