Bidrage med feedbackPerfect example of a little hospitality gies a long way! Went to Harvest Moon mainly because Google mentions it offers WiFi. I was pleasantly surprised by the decoration and design! I was with the waitress about the fact that I hoped to skype my friend (currently in India) and asked for a quiet place. She didn't treat me like trouble. They helped and tried their best to sit down later diners away from me when I spoke on the phone. The place was quite full of the time I left, and I watched the staff stay friendly and accommodating with every customer. There was a chilled mood and laughter filled the room! I was very tempted to eat as her menu looked divine, but unfortunately not got the chance before I had to go! I hope I get a chance to look back before I return home! 10/10 would be recommended for the personal atmosphere alone!
We visited your cafe on a Friday night and the menu looked amazing. We would have loved to stay but the live music is so loud that you can not hear yourself talk. I think if you kept the music to background while guests are eating you would attract so many more people.
Unfortunately we will not be back. A shame as the table of 10 that I dined with on Saturday night are all locals that dine in Burleigh regularly. When 1/2 that tables order is lost you need to get the food out to those people a.s.a.p. Not as the Manager said, It's not my fault do you just want the bill. With the price of the food you really need to up your service skills. This could have been easily fixed.
Worst dining experience that I have ever had. From cocktails being exteremely slow due to delivery to the wrong table, wine order not being able to be fulfilled due to running out of stock to a grand finale of losing our order and the staff having the audacity to say it 's not my fault then a second staff member saying So, do you want to order or do you just want the bill? The Manager was eventuality called and again no apology or recompense offered. For the cost of the food and overpriced drinks plus such poor service my one star is really generous.
Coffes took 30+ minuets and when they came 2 of the four were the wrong size. We had the anyway eggs for breakfast and the toast was too hard to cut, the eggs undercooked, the bacon over cooked and they forgot one of the added sides. The service was poor to top it off. Would defiantly not recommend as its a waste of money and you don't get what you pay for with one of our meals not being eaten and things we purchase not being provided.
