Arby's - Godfrey

The food at this Arby's was incredibly dry. I hope that this is not the case at all of their locations. The service was disappointing. We dined in and the meal type was something other than specified. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. Overall, the food and service received a rating of 1, while the atmosphere was rated a 2.

The service at this restaurant was very slow. However, the order was correct and the food was okay. It was a take out meal for dinner, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. I would rate the food and service a 3 out of 5. Recommended dishes include the Roast Turkey Ranch Bacon Sandwich and Mozzerella Sticks.

This was the most terrible fast food experience I have ever had. I waited 30 minutes after placing my order with no way to leave the line. There was no apology or acknowledgment whatsoever. They attempted to give me a melted jamocha shake that had been sitting on the counter, which I declined and had remade. I ended up with cold, dry chicken tenders and lukewarm curly fries. I will not be returning. Lesson learned. Meal type: Dinner.

Ordered me some french fries and a classic cheddar combo. When I got home with the food there wasn't no cheddar cheese on the sandwich and the fries were all stuck together cold and even tasted old. Tried to call the restaurant and nobody answered the phone Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
