Great pub! It has a spacious layout with both indoor and outdoor seating that overlooks the high street. The food is reasonably priced and offers classic pub dishes, which is great if that's your preference. It's a nice spot for a relaxing meal during the week!

Every Friday and Saturday, this place offers the best entertainment in town—you're sure to love it! I have to mention Duncan, the landlord; he’s a fantastic entertainer and truly top-notch. On Mondays, they have a curry night that’s definitely worth the £7.50 I paid; the portion was generous, and there was a wonderful selection of Indian and Chinese curries. Last Saturday, I went in to watch the rugby and decided to try one of their burgers. The bar staff recommended Fat Phil's Tower Burger. I'm a big guy, but I was completely taken aback by the size of it; "tower" doesn't even begin to describe it! This pub is well worth a visit, whether you want to catch a great band or just grab a bite to eat. I give it a five-star rating!

I highly recommend this place! The staff is friendly and welcoming. I've been here for work and have visited several other places, but I'm very pleased with everything they offer. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the management is incredibly nice. I will definitely choose this place whenever I'm in the area. It’s great for sports and has many options available. They also have live bands on the weekends. Well done!
