Pizza Hut - Gloversville

I've gotten sick almost every time I order from this place. I thought it might just be a coincidence, but it's happened too often. I recall one time when I went in just to pick up a pizza and was offered a job. The staff was very limited and seemed to be trying their best, but that didn’t improve my experience after eating the pizza. In a pizza-loving town like Gloversville, there are plenty of other places that easily outperform this one.

We typically order delivery from this restaurant, and I have to say that the drivers have been consistently timely, usually arriving within 30 to 40 minutes. They are always polite, and the food is still hot when it gets to us. Usually, the food is good and prepared correctly. However, tonight they had a deal for unlimited toppings, but I only wanted meatballs and pepperoni. I decided to add extra meatballs and sausage to my order. Unfortunately, this is how it arrived, and I am very disappointed.

I ordered two pan pizzas looked like they had been through the oven for a total of 5-10 minutes if I was lucky because it was that long just enough to melt the cheese a little bit and that was it. It was very Dory and very much uncooked. It's not like it was so busy they couldn't take the time to make sure it didn't go through the oven slow enough or could have even put it through a second time to make sure it was cooked right. I'll definitely be putting in a phone call to the corporate office it's getting ridiculous there. I can't remember the last time I ordered rooms from there and had had at least one issue or two. I highly recommend making the phone call to Johnstown or driving there if you can. It'd be more worth your while

Ordered two stuffed crust pizzas. I will never go back again. I regularly get them so when I received these two and the crust was hard as a rock and paper thin...I called. Know what they told me, that 's how it always is and that was it. NO IT IS NOT. It has NEVER BEEN LIKE THIS. Imagine how angry I was as I got these for my daughters first birthday party. The crust was also extremely dry and hard as a rock. That is not how stuffed crust is supposed to be. Furthermore, the cheese didn 't even cover the whole pizza. Which also never happens, pizza hut has always given me enough cheese. For a $28 order...this is a disgrace. The customer service at this gloversville place is also TERRIBLE. I will never go back.

I'm really frustrated with my recent orders. The food is often scattered all over the box instead of neatly arranged where it should be. The boneless chicken pieces resemble popcorn chicken rather than actual boneless wings. I also have a sensitivity to spicy food, and every time I order mild wings, they end up being too hot. At this point, I wouldn't recommend your restaurant to anyone.
