Corse Lawn Bistro - Gloucester

Came here based on the TripAdvisor recommendations. My wife ordered off the prix fixe menu and I ordered off the à la carte. For starters my sea bream was superb, if somewhat disappointing in size but my wife received a tasty pheasant dish that was almost a main course in size. Both presented very well. As a main, the beef cheeks were amazing and my wife continued the game theme with venison. The venison main did suffer from the problem that it was smaller than her pheasant starter, but was cooked well in a flavoursome gravy. For puddings the creame brûlée was good and the cheese board had a large collection cheese, beyond what was advertised on the menu. All in £90 well spent including a 17% tip and wine. Would recommend.

The choice of dishes on the Bistro Tabled'Hote menu was poor and disappointing.

This is a beautiful restaurant that always when we have been gets it right beautiful food excellent service in a lovely old fashion building we think the best in Gloucester worth booking

This was the best dinner out that we have had in a while We ordered Spiedini Alla Romana.

Wow Where do I start with this hot garbage out? My girlfriend and I went here for my birthday on 8/6/17.
