Mcdonald's - Gloucester Point

Not a great experience here. Ordered a Big Mac Meal and got a Fish sandwich. I brought it back to counter to exchange it. Nobody apologized or acknowledged the error and just told me to wait and they got me a Big Mac. The Big Mac was cold. Customer service with an attitude, the wrong food, and cold food. $10 out of my pocket for cold garbage with an attitude. Not going back.

I honestly believe that the McDonalds has gotten so nastyI don't get my order right 90%of the time.

Drive thru is fast! Hash browns are hot, what else can you ask for ?

Every time you order they charge you for the right thing but never give you the right item. I ordered a bacon Cajun ranch mcCrispy and they gave me just a plain mcCrispy also they never give you your fries. Just a joke

I live in Newport News Va, and the service flat out sucks everywhere I go there. I stop here in Gloucester for a change of pace and I am far and away grateful for the service, atmosphere, and the people working here, I haven’t been this content with any McDonald’s in years. This location comes highly recommended by myself for those who appreciate a wholesome dine in at MCDONALDS.
