Bidrage med feedbackI usually order the steak. But the onion rings have been terrible lately. Can you go back to the original way. Or give French's fried onions please.
First and foremost I saw cockroaches. Yes plural more then 1.. Food cold and waiting for 30 minutes . Ordered the same drink twice and looked and tasted different . Given the bill still had piles of dirty dishes on table . Staff standing around talking . Manager in the front was lost in space and the other was not doing nothing but limping aimlessly throughout . Top to bottom this had to be the in the running for dirtiest and poorly ran restaurants in the city .
The Caesar salad and fried dill appetizers were enjoyable. However, the steak was overcooked and we didn't have a chance to provide feedback to our server. The house beans were watery and not appealing. Other meals at our table were served cold, but we didn't want to cause any disturbance. Our table had an odd number of people, leading to someone having to sit at the end and making the already cramped table even more uncomfortable. The staff didn't promptly clear empty dishes, adding to the crowded feeling. Despite a cold meal being replaced without charge, the rushed experience and lack of attention to detail in both service and kitchen operations makes me hesitant to return to this restaurant.
Steve was absolutely amazing! He made our experience so fantastic. Can't wait to come back for another Long Island iced tea!
I went there with some friends before going to watch a movie next door. The food was great, and our server was gentle and accommodating. As a person with autism, I regret to inform that this place is not autistic-friendly. Here is why.People with autism are generally extremely sensitive to loud noises. It gets them worked up and overstimulated. About a dozen times that evening, waiters were serving desserts, and yelling for everyone to give a moment of attention for someone’s birthday. Even worse, they would also blare a painfully loud noisemaker for the entire restaurant to hear. Truth be told, nobody cares about people’s birthdays, unless it’s for someone at their table. Not to mention that it shows that servers are indifferent about birthdays as well. Since other people I was with are also on the spectrum, we asked for the staff to be quiet about this, but they didn’t stop.I don’t know if it’s the same at other Montana’s locations, but it needs to stop. People such as us just want to be enjoying our meal without being disturbed about what’s happening with other clients, especially if it involves obnoxious noisemakers. Those kinds of loud noises would bother me, even if it was my birthday. There are other ways to celebrate without disturbing people around. So I’m definitely not in favor of this kind of atmosphere, but the food portions are generous and of good quality.
