KFC - Gloucester

I visited this KFC location for the first time and was disappointed to find that the food was not up to par compared to other locations. The chicken was dry and lacked flavor.

The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. I waited over 30 minutes for a 4 piece meal and the staff seemed unaware of the time passing. The drink machine has been broken for months. I recommend avoiding this place and instead going to Loblaws down the street for their $11 chicken combo.

Ate here for the first time in years and almost every single piece of my meal was disgusting. I don't know how y'all are still in business. The fries weren't fully cooked, soggy and had no seasoning. The chicken tenders were so salty they were inedible. Its like they had accidentally dumped them in salt. I had to throw them out and I NEVER waste food. I got a spicy crunchy sandwhich and they gave me two bottom buns, a few wisps of wilted lettuce and a patty that was too small for the bottom buns. The popcorn chicken tasty gross, was pale and undercooked. Absolutely no texture other than mushy. Truely a comically bad experience. Stay away at all costs.

First gave me the wrong order then i ask for the review they gave me cold chicken popcorn very bad service if you can’t give the hot food don’t charge the full price !! Disgusting service!!!

The grease came through my bag. The pop was watered down. The price for just a small macaroni salad was far more than the amount I paid. And all the employees acted like it was their first day on the job. Everyone of the customers were annoyed for the long wait at a supposed to be fast food restaurant. And the place looked just like every other one, I just wished they had better style other than red ,black and white.
