Caffè Italiano - Gloucester

Food was average, service was good, very loud (hard to hear my date).

The food was outstanding, but the service was disappointingly slow. We waited at least 10 to 15 minutes for each drink order. Overall, the service was quite poor, primarily due to the delays. We ended up spending three hours there because of it.

The lobster dish was not what was advertised as a ravioli. By the time I sat down at 6:08 PM, they had already run out of oxtail. The meals were expensive, and charging $18 for a cannoli that only filled two out of four segments is outrageous.

I had an amazing Ribeye steak at this restaurant. The food and service are consistently excellent, and the bartender is fantastic as well. I highly recommend it!

The food was delicious! The servers were very nice. Our server brought us a glass each of Prosecco to celebrate our anniversary, on the house. We had the Thanksgiving dinner, everything was delicious! Thank you!
