Jolane's - Glenview

This is a very attractive, pleasant cafe with a nice menu range for variety and price.

Food was delicious! Service was great a very nice place to have brunch and celebrate with family.

We love sitting in the enclosed patio a nice unique space. The service was lacking very slow and not attentive. Also, I have celiacs disease (cannot have gluten) I’m always assured by the staff that it’s noted and they will discuss with the kitchen to ensure it’s prepared gluten free. I have had issues in the past and again the last time. I ordered a veggie omelet and it came out with wheat toast on top. They told me it was remade but I got really sick afterwards so not confident that they actually remade it. We sadly won’t be dining there in the future. Warning to anyone with gluten issues.

Great place to meet friends. Food is excellent. Wish they didn’t close so early on a Friday night 9pm. We stayed until 9:30 and didn’t mind they were cleaning up around us. Main dining area is pretty with white table cloths but it’s way too bright in there. We opted for the other room, not as pretty but the lighting was much more pleasing.

As usually, it was a great experience. Everything was great. Deserts are unforgettable.
