Jersey Mike's Subs - Glenview

This restaurant is awful! They constantly deceive their customers. Today was the worst experience yet. We had to wait a long time, over 15 minutes, for our food. They put cheese on every sandwich, even though we specifically requested no cheese on some. When we asked for speck on one sandwich, they charged us an extra two dollars. They failed to communicate clearly and made mistakes in our order. Perhaps they should consider taking lessons from the chipotle down the street.

On March 8th, 2022 around noon, the employees at the restaurant seemed to be more focused on complaining about customers and their orders rather than listening to the customers in front of them. This wasn't the first time this had happened; on a previous visit, the reviewer overheard an employee complaining about customers who arrived close to closing time. It appears that there may be a need for some additional customer service training at this establishment.

This is the best Jersey mikes sub store !Y’all make the best sandwiches during the time I come in. I always order online and pick up my food And it’s always delicious ?!Thanku

The lady today on the grill was clearly upset she was called from the back. The contents of my sandwich was mostly out of my rock hard bread, all loose in the wrapper. Then there was sauce all over the outside bag. This place has decent food, but sometimes service goes out the window.

If there was a lower score I can give, I would. This place is so dirty, disorganized and the service is terrible. They have no system of intaking the order, making the sandwich to paying. They forgot my sandwich and had to remake it. No one is in charge. What should’ve taken five minute took 15 minutes. Do not go here if you were in a time crunch.
