J D's Pub - Glenshaw

It's kind of out in the middle of nowhere but it's a really nice Bar and Restaurant I stopped on a Monday night and the special $1 jumbo wings Is a good deal plus they have happy hour between 4pm-6pm. I had the Codfather beer battered it was huge and really good plus the onion straws were a nice touch. I liked the place I'll be back also service was good. I heard there closing for remodeling Sept 12 2019 for 6 weeks

Really solid pub fare and good service. Serving size is good and I like the fries. My wife was not happy with the wines however. Large parking lot in pretty rough shape. Smoke wafting in from the patio was unpleasant. Not too noisy and plenty of televisions. I was too hungry and lazy to ask, but I know from experience they will change the channel for you. Why all three in the dining room were tuned to tennis has beens playing in a small City when Sunday night baseball was on is beyond me. I had a roast beef sandwich special which was very flavorful with slaw and a great toasted hoagie bun. Wife had habanero mango wings which I thought were good as well. Around $50 including a glass of wine. Not bad. We'll be back!

So this place is linked to southwest rapid rewards so I tried it out to get some extra points. This place has jumbo wings and I must say they were giant and the ranch was soooooo good! Only 4 stars cu they will not us Pepsi products. Otherwise good stuff

The food and service was excellent! There homemade Mac and cheese is wonderful and their French fries and crispy and have a delicious Cajun seasoning.

Decent local bar. Could stand to be a little cleaner. Food is consistent, but you need to know what to order. Stick with the basics (wings, nachos, pizza), and you'll be fine.
