The Madhouse Bakery - Glenrothes

I visited this restaurant a few days ago with my friend and had a wonderful breakfast. The food was delicious, very affordable, and the portion sizes were generous. The filter coffee was great, and we also enjoyed a slice of cake afterward, which was fantastic. The service was excellent; our waitress was very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area and looking for a good breakfast!

I was highly impressed by the attentiveness of the server when I informed them that I’m celiac. They double-checked everything to ensure it was gluten-free, even going so far as to show me the ingredients on the salad dressing bottle. The food was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. One of the other customers even shared some tasty bites, which added to the delightful experience in this beautiful venue. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Great place to eat, spotless clean, great service and fab eating in quirky environment

Delightful cake, great coffee, and very friendly staff. Tucked away in a line of small shops, this spot is a hidden gem. Take a moment to appreciate the lovely atmosphere while you’re there.

We're not from Glenrothes but we saw this place on Google while visiting and decided to try them for lunch. We're very glad we did. Lunch was lovely, portions were generous and it was very reasonably priced. Loads of customers were having the afternoon tea and it looked amazing, so we'll have to come back to try that another day.
