Bidrage med feedbackSo, I really hate to be this person but here it goes.......I ordered a #7 big bacon classic meal, a 4 for 4, 4 piece nugget, and 3 frosty 's. No big deal, went to the counter told them there was no bacon (which costs extra) not much but its the principle.They said they would remake it. I sit, all 3 of the kids got done, ready to go, still no burger remake. Go to leave, I just askfor a refund of the burger ????, oh, here is the burger remake, no refund, nothing. The order was taken right made wrong notonce but twice. Didn 't open the burger till I got home which is about 20 minutes away. I love Wendy 's, my kids love Wendy 's. ButI will not spend my money somewhere that treats customers like this. Slogan is Quality is our recipe. Maybe need to startthinking about another slogan. This is a new store not open a month I don 't think. Was very disappointed. Attached pictureshowing the remake of the big bacon classic without the bacon. I don 't recommend the place and will not be back, but hey ifyou do check your food, and even if it is wrong just go ahead and eat it because you will be waiting a while to get aremake. Went back today for lunch spent 50 bucks for everyone to eat. Took the whole family. I don 't thinknthe service haschanged at all from the 1st time we went. Will not be going back to the glenpool Wendy 's. Will go to others instead. Tulsa orOwasso.
Chicken Nuggets were delicious but the fries weren't as good because they were cold and hard. We took them up front and they replaced them with fresh hot fries but they were still hard.
Nice clean restaurant and bathroom. The food was as expected. We have a Wendy's in Sand Springs, but we don't go often.
The food came out quickly and accurately once ordered, but it took some time to have our order taken. The restaurant appears to be short staffed. The dining area was dirty and tables not wiped down. The drink fountain area was also not clean.
We spent $27.00 for my wife and myself and our granddaughter. Horrible customer service. The manager a young girl said when I asked for hot fries, ?try coming back on Friday, that?s when you can get hot fries.? And that?s a quote. watch the cameras back.This really sucks because it?s a brand new store?FIX IT QUICK!!! Before your investment in this Wendy?s bankrupts you with badcustomer service!!!! Never even offered us a refund for getting our order wrong!!! Won?t be back.
