Robeks Fresh Juices Smoothies

Rachel is awesome! She is very pleasant and helpful. I told her what I was looking for and She recommended the lean green which is now my new favorite smoothie! She described its taste very accurately, I couldn?t be more satisfied :

Worst bowl ever. It was soupy like. It melted as soon as I got home and I don?t even live that far from there. And it spilled cause the lids aren?t even the right size. It?s like they put a large lid on a small bowl. Does that make sense? Never going back. Customer service was good though. I want a refund.

I paid $11.37 for an Açaí bowl but instead got a bowl of water with fruits thrown on top. I waited in the store till they were done making it , so it was not because it melted. Ive gone in couple times before and açaí bowls were never this watery . Sucks . Should?ve given me a straw instead of spoon : big sad

While slightly pricier than Juice it Up, which we usually visit for smoothies, the extra ingredients at this restaurant justify the higher cost. We recently tried their Foothills special, which included two classic smoothies for the price of one. We ordered two small Pina Cool-adas, a Pina Colada flavor with added papaya, and were very impressed. We may not visit this place often due to our budget, but we will definitely return for their delicious smoothies whenever we can.

The smoothies were poorly blended by the rushed staff, making it difficult to drink and full of chunks. The wait was not even long, so there was no excuse for the poor quality. I enjoy Robeks, but I will not be returning to this location.
